- Following new features are added:
AuthMySQLEnable:        Set to 'no' if you want switch off the module for a VirtualHost
			Default set to 'Yes'

AuthMySQLVirtualHost:   Set to 'yes' if you want to use the virtualhostname (aka ServerAlias) instead of the ServerName in the queries
                        Default set to 'No'

- All module directives begin now with AuthMySQL...  this means that following directives have changed:

AuthSQLKeepAlive -> AuthMySQLKeepAlive
AuthSQLAuthoritative -> AuthMySQLAuthoritative

- The Module Mysql works now with MySQL 4.0 too (of course it still works with MySQL 3.23 too)
